If you are a low-income home or receive the relevant benefits, then you could be eligible to receive these energy improvement measures installed completely free of charge.

Funding & Domestic Heating
Funding is available towards the cost of your boiler upgrade, air source heat pumps and or full central heating systems. The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) initiative provides grants and funding towards improving the energy efficiency of your home and in some cases, this can cover the full cost of the energy improvement work needed within your home.

BOILER REPLACEMENT
Modern boilers burn fuel far more efficiently than older non-condensing boilers, saving you money whilst effectively heating your home. Your outdated heating system will only be 60%-70% effective whilst our boiler upgrades will ensure that your heating system is working at 90% efficiency. Once your boiler is replaced, there will be far less excess carbon emissions released into the atmosphere.

Net-Zero Targets
Our goal is to support the UK Government in achieving its target of net zero carbon emissions by 2050 and one of the ways we can do so, is by installing upgraded heating solutions within your home. We will aim to plant a tree for every boiler we install to off-set those carbon emissions.

Zerofy Insurance Backed Guarantee
An Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) is an insurance policy that protects your original guarantee provided by us as an installer. We offer an IBG to provide you with additional peace of mind that in the unlikely event we cease to trade, you will still be able to make a claim under the terms of our original guarantee, subject to terms and conditions. The IBG’s are registered and paid for by Zerofy as the installer and provide you with cover for up to a 10-year period. Zerofy will register you via the scheme for an IBG that protects your original guarantee. This ensures that any legal claim under that guarantee is assured to be met by the insurers.
