our goals

Achieve Net-Zero Carbon Emissions

Homes contribute around a fifth of the UK’s carbon output so if the country is going to hit its target of reaching net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, making every home energy efficient is going to play a big role.

Zerofy specialise in retrofitting measures such as assessing and refurbishing the entire house with several insulation measures to reduce heat loss, installing heat pumps or changing outdated boilers to new and more energy efficient boilers.

Lead the Change

At Zerofy, we overwhelmingly acknowledge that the energy system demands a significant amount of change to reach net-zero targets. We aim to focus on the UK household dependence on natural gas for heating, inaccessibility of renewable energy sources, and the absence of a solid infrastructure to provide for electric vehicles (EV). To achieve this, we are working with households across the UK in taking the necessary steps to upgrade homes.

Fight the Energy Crisis

We advocate for the changes required to help fight the ever-growing energy crisis. Working alongside the UK Government, we don’t only aim to help reach the net-zero target by 2050, we want to exceed expectations to fight climate change. For every modern boiler that we install, we plant a tree to off-set the carbon emissions created, and we offer the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps as a viable solution for the transition to low carbon heat.

How do you know that we are a trusted installer?

As of January 1st, 2020, all installers must be TrustMark registered business or hold an equivalent accreditation to install services under the Energy Company Obligation. Any company that approaches you claiming to be a trusted installer must be able to provide the relevant documentation and credentials.

If you’re not sure what you are looking for, you should ask to see the following certification that proves that are registered with a consumer protection body:

  • Many services provided under ECO must be installed under the responsibility of an individual who is TrustMark registered. Installers registered as such should be able to provide you with a registration number.
  • If a district heating connection is being installed, the installer must be registered with Heat Trust or alternatively, have an equivalent consumer protection in place.

At Zerofy, we are happy to provide all relevant credentials and documentation should wish to see it before any work is carried out.
